Returns & Refunds
Although rare, but you may be unhappy with the purchase & want to return it. In that instance, our policy lasts 15 Days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Also the cost of return has to be borne by the buyer.

Once items are received & checked for tamper, we will refund you the total order amount via our payments systems. Please bear in mind that our Payment Gateways do take 2- 6 business days to clear the funds. But we will be updating & you throughout the process.
If you place an order on the website & pay for it, but immediately want to cancel before it has been dispatched, please get in touch with us on email@example.com. We will work on providing you with the full refund via our payment gateway processor, however it can take upto 2-6 business days to process the funds.
BRÚL uses Aus Post to deliver within Australia. Standard delivery takes between 2-6 working days once order has been placed & paid for.
